January 2007 Intermediate workshop

The BTA intermediate maintenance workshop was a great success, thanks to the generous support of The Bicycle Entrepreneur and the informative and entertaining leadership by Mark Wardle. We all now know how to take the bike to bits – putting it back together though is another story!

We had a quota of 20, but managed to squeeze in 21 for the highly successful beginner’s bike maintenance workshop with Mark Wardle from The Bicycle Entrepreneur.

The workshop, which was generously supported by the Cycling Promotion Fund and The Bicycle Entrepreneur, covered the basics of maintaining your bike and dealing with punctures. Everyone agreed Mark’s insights were informative and entertaining and we all came away with useful tips for keeping our bikes in better nick.
